I actually really, really enjoy the proportions of the face; I think you got it just right where it emphasizes the nose in a striking way, just short of looking freaky. I also really dig the roughness of the brush strokes, makes it look very alive in my opinion. The hands are just big enough to again feel emphasized but not big enough to be freaky yaoi-hands.
Wether this is all the result of deliberate artistic decisions or a lucky amount of lack of fundamentals, I can't quite tell, but I have to give you 5 stars for the result nonetheless. Good work.
